Beecroft Deadline: March 15, 2013
A scholarship for students at the senior class status (90 credit hours or more) in the College of Humanities.
- Have a declared major in the College of Humanities
- Be in their senior year (90 credits or more)
- Have a minimum 3.5 GPA, cumulative
- Not have been awarded other university scholarship(s) for the semester(s) in which you are applying
- Complete the entire application procedure by the March 15th deadline

Have a declared Scandinavian Studies minor or be in a major that allows for a Scandinavian focus.

Fritz Burns Deadline: March 15, 2013
The Fritz-Burns Scholarship is for students from California and is a full tuition scholarship awarded on a need basis criteria.
- Applicant must provide proof of residence and be from the state of California
- Have a declared major in the College of Humanities
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA, cumulative
- Scholarship amounts may be adjusted if receiving other University scholarships or awards
- Please complete the entire application procedure by the March 15th deadline

Peery Deadline: March 15, 2013
This scholarship is for international students, or students with special financial needs.
- Be an international student, or a student with special financial needs
- Have a declared major in the College of Humanities
- Be registered full-time (12 credit hours or more)
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA, cumulative
- Scholarship amounts may be adjusted if receiving other University scholarships or awards
- Complete the entire application procedure by the March 15th deadline

Teacher Education Deadline: March 15, 2013
Scholarship for those who have a declared teaching major in the College of Humanities. Scholarship funds are awarded only for the semester in which the student is completing their student teaching experience.
- Applicants must have a declared teaching major in the College of Humanities
- Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Scholarship amounts may be adjusted if receiving other University scholarships or awards
- Complete the entire application procedure by the March 15th deadline

Humanities+ Deadline: March 15, 2013
Students must have a declared major in the College of Humanities and commit to completing a Humanities+ experience during the semester of the award.
- Student class status--Senior (90 credits or more)
- Have a declared major in the College of Humanities
- Be registered full-time (12 credit hours or more) for the awarded semester(s)
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA, cumulative
- Not have been awarded other University scholarship(s) for the semester(s) in which you are applying

- Submit a follow-up report at the completion of the final scholarship funded semester
Washington Seminar Assistance Grant
This is a $1000 assistance grant for College of Humanities majors who have been accepted, and are committed to completing the Washington Seminar experience.
- Applicants must have a declared major or minor in the College of Humanities
- Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Complete the entire application and submit 30 days prior to the Program start date
